Hamburger-style beer bar Bastedo
A classic style of American cuisine.
Ingredients for 6
6 hamburger patties
150 g ground beef red onion, diced 1 bottle of dark beer
1 teaspoon peanut oil
Preparation
Pass in a blender or a food processor the onion and oil, then add the beer and stir. Sprinkle burgers liberally with a mixture of beer and onions and cook at high temperatures using the direct heat for 10-15 minutes.
