garden party, mixed kebabs

Here is a recipe for fresh, fast and successful, for a summer party, maybe in the garden: the loaf of mixed kebabs taken from the Little Pink Book of Parties and Party Astraea Publisher )

Ingredients
Pagnotta
long wooden skewers
Emmentaler cheese type
Mortadella sausage or diced (or sausage)

pitted black olives and green onions and pickled gherkins to
Cherry Tomato mozzarella

Preparation
Skewer each skewer with the sequence of your choice, such as alternating

cheeses and meats to vegetables, if you dare, alternate
white grapes or cherries in cream cheese. Use your loaf
as base for appetizers that you can have a halo

piercing the crust of bread.

For the vegetarian version, simply replace the meats with the omelet, maybe with herbs, cut stiscioline.
